I can confirm this bug. No gnome-panel, and 32 bit Firefox is no longer themed. (gtk-engines:lib?)

Here's a possible fix that may work for you, if it's the same bug:

sudo conary erase glib gvfs

sudo conary update glib gvfs

If this works, it's a different bug. If it fails on update, it's the same bug, and then run:

sudo conary update glib gvfs --replace-unmanaged-files

Reboot (restarting my gnome-session with ctr-alt-backspace didn't wfix it)

Upon reboot, my gnome panel was back, though Firefox isn't themed correctly still

Was a side effect of CNY-2553. fixed in current versions.
