pyRenamer looks interesting as a GUI for file renaming. An (outdated?) package is in fl:1-contrib and as the only depency seems to be PyGTK, it shouldn't be hard to package.

Tested on fl:2-qa[is: x86_64]: Package installs fine, adds .desktop to menu and starts up fine.

Adding to my list of QA'ed packages.

Tested on fl:2-qa[is: x86]. Everything fine, except when handling special characters like Japanese. Might be an issue with the application though.
