unison is the only file synchronizer that i am aware of that can track changes on both sides being synchronized. it has interactive text and graphical user interfaces.

a package suitable for inclusion in fl:2 is at unison=embee.rpath.org@fl:2-devel
please include all versions from my repo because unison refuses to work unless the version on both ends is the same therefore older versions need to be available to allow parallel installation.
