At first I was using +antialias (which bizarrely disables antialias), but it doesn't work without either.

[james@localhost Configurator]$ convert +antialias template_1.svg imagethumbs/template_1.png
Segmentation fault

[james@localhost Configurator]$ convert template_1.svg template_1.png
Segmentation fault
