After updating to dhcp 4.2.0, I got No subnet declaration for eth0 for a valid dhcpd.conf.

After investigation, i discovered that this was due to a change from /etc/dhcpd.conf to /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf

It seems that we should preserve the path to the configuration file in order not to break working systems.
