 Description  « Hide
Are there not drivers for Creative Audigy sound cards? Foresight's Volume Control shows two devices none of which is referrred to as "creative" or "audigy". Alas the sliders are all the way up, I can't get hear a thing from the speaker. But you can hear the "power-up" sound when you plug the speakers or headphone to the sound card.

I thought the Audigy drivers were built in to the kernel

Is this still an issue in 2.0.6 with the 2.26.27 kernel?

It's possible Paul...I am still having major sound issues with the 2.6.27 series and another person with an older sound card (not hda intel like mine) is still having major problems.

If this is still an issue with current foresight linux, I ask that you link this up to FL-1931 so that we can ascertain how deep this rabbit hole actually is.
