Virtualbox is packed from the personal use and evaluation license edition, which explicitly disallows redistribution. The correct thing to do, would be ship the OSE (Open Source Edition) which unfortunately has a few less features.

As far as I see it, it's right. No binary's allowed. I recommend leaving source (for people to be able to do conary emerge - good with licensing model), and I'll try to package OSE version.
